Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it can be canceled within 2 hours of order placement and not otherwise.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
1. SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery time for all domestic orders is 5-6 working days from the date of order processing. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier-related issues may occur, but we strive to meet the estimated timeframe.
Shipping Fees: A flat shipping rate of $10 applies to all domestic orders, regardless of order value.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within the United States.
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Earrings, customized items, and final sale products cannot be returned.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, contact info@weargrow.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, items must be shipped back to 15442 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403 at the customer's expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
